Dr. Shalem Coulibaly was born in Côte d’Ivoire (Ivory Coast). He has a doctorate in philosophy, from Sorbonne University. He taught philosophy in France, Israel, and now in Ouagadougou’s University, in Burkina Faso. He was the General Secretary of the Université OUAGA 3S.
Shalem Coulibaly is fine observator of European’s Antisemitism. During the nineties in France, with some friends he created JUAF (Jews and Africans), the first organization for a dialogue between Africans and Jews. Dr. Shalem also sits on the International Academic Board of Advisors for ISGAP, the Institute for the Study of Global Antisemitism and Policy.
